I know this is a recurring topic, but I would like to take a slightly different approach than those previously discussed.

I am willing to leverage PRTG, our monitoring tool in place, to automatically monitor the health of the Clarity background services. However, controlling the status of the background engine is not sufficient, as it can happen that processes/jobs would fail to run, despite the fact Clarity bg services appear as up and running under Clarity and Windows.

Therefore, I would like to monitor the health of the Clarity background services, by checking the proper execution of few scheduled jobs: Post transactions to financial, Time slices,...

How would that be possible? Which logs could be used for that?

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you know any alternative options that could be implemented.
