End-of-Service Follow-Up Announcement for CA Clarity PPM 12.1.X

 CA is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. This is a follow-up to our letter dated November 20, 2012, regarding the End-of-Service (EOS) of CA Clarity PPM 12.1.X.

 At this time, we encourage you to plan for the migration to the latest version of CA Clarity PPM On Demand as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the latest new features and enhancements  Version 13 has to offer. CA Clarity PPM On Demand Version 13 became Generally Available in December, 2011. For additional information, please visit the CA Clarity PPM product pages at CA Support Online (https://support.ca.com/) and review the attached On Demand upgrade guide. As standard support for your version of CA Clarity PPM will be ending November 30, 2013 please contact your CSPR to discuss your upgrade plans and extended support agreements. If you do not know who your CSPR is please contact Alan Macdonald or Kurt Steinle (Alan.Macdonald@ca.com or Kurt.Steinle@ca.com) to schedule a review meeting.  Be assured that your service will continue to be supported while we plan an upgrade schedule to meet your business needs.

  • Documentation to help prepare you for your upgrade to CA Clarity PPM can be viewed at CA Support Online (https://support.ca.com/) on the product home page.
