Hmm... Thats the problem we are facing with. Actually to clear of the alert from Netcool, we need "When Severity Changes", but for SMTP action, we get two alert mails for an incident i.e. one as a problem alert and the other as a resolution alert and flooding our mailboxes.
I thought if we could have this using some CLW commands. That's the reason I posted it over here. Also the number of Alerts configured are too many. So no point of duplicating them.
