    Hello Everyone,

    Ever since Service Desk Manager 12.5, additional "usp_conflict" messages may be seen in the \log\stdlog files.

    These are typically harmless messages, but given that they can occur frequently under some conditions, I've written a detailed knowledge document.

    What does "usp_conflict" in the stdlog files mean?
