Hi,
We're experiencing a problem with the Service Catalog / PAM Escalation process where after escalating up to
auto-reject, the process continues to send out email asking for approval of the Request.
The main process shows as completed, however if we drill down to the
Escalation sub-process, it shows as "waiting".
We are using PAM 3.1
The process is configured to run in "Attached" mode.

Working with support we have now found that this is a problem with the Escalation process xml that ships with Service Catalog 12.8. I'm told that it was fixed in version 12.7, but not in 12.8. Looking forward to testing the fix as soon as it gets to us...
