We're experiencing a problem with the Service Catalog / PAM Escalation process where after escalating up to
auto-reject, the process continues to send out email asking for approval of the Request.
The main process shows as completed, however if we drill down to the
Escalation sub-process, it shows as "waiting".
We are using PAM 3.1
The process is configured to run in "Attached" mode.
