we are just testing 12.1.3 on Oracle 11g and have recently installed and configured Business Objects.
However, when running the customer invoice report, BO is returning an error: "failed to open connection"
Also, when I go into universes and look at CA_Clarity Properties, it just displays "Connections:"
When I try in our 12.1.0 Production, this same screen displays "Connections: CA_Clarity"
Can anybody suggest some things to try?
Our pre-bill report which uses the same RPT_STANDARDPKG (database package) seems to run ok
