    For many file manipulation actions , such as Add Test to a File or Replace Text in a File you can provide the require File encoding value.
     
     
    How to find file encoding type?
     
     
    Linux OS: run the command: file bi  
     
     
    Windows OS: Execute  GetFileEncoding.ps1 powershell script
