    Nolio Official KB:I am unable to log on to Nolio Via the Webstart page, What should I do?

    Troubleshooting: Unable to access the Nolio Automation Center Via Web interface 
     
    Problem:
     
    You are unable to Login to a remote Nolio Automation center via <a href="http://nolioserver:portNum/nolio-app/" rel="nofollow">http://nolioserver:portNum/nolio-app/</a>;
     
    Anaylsis.
     
    Test to see if this is a Local Problem or Global. (just you or Everyone)
     
    If this is a local problem then
     
    1. Test name resolution by entering the server's IP address instead of its name (e.g. <a href="http://10.10.10.10:8080/nolio-app/" rel="nofollow">http://10.10.10.10:8080/nolio-app/</a>)
     
    2. Check the <a href="http://kb.noliosoft.com/nolio-asap/administration/log-files-location" rel="nofollow">http://kb.noliosoft.com/nolio-asap/ad...</a> Nolio nolio_dm_all.log  for  [SwingWorker-pool-595232-thread-1] ERROR (BasicLoginHandler.java:135) - Could not access HTTP invoker remote service at [<a href="http://nolio:port/datamanagement/remoting/AuthorizationService]" rel="nofollow">http://nolio:port/datamanagement/remo...</a>; nested exception is java.net.SocketException: Unknown proxy type : HTTP
     
    3. Check Java settings
     
            Control panel >Java>General>Network Settings..
     
     
     
    4 Choose Direct connections, or If you are using a poxy server then fill in the proper fields.
     
    5. Click ok >Apply> ok
     
     
     
     
     See if the Web interface works.
