- Enhanced Social Sign-on. Enhanced support for the OAuth standard including support for OAuth 2.0 and OAuth 1.0a as well as streamlined administration via the federation partnership model. The following Social Identity Providers have been validated with this release: Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn and Microsoft accounts -- with additional social identity providers to be validated.
- Enhanced Session Assurance with DeviceDNA™. Introducing industry-leading session security through patent-pending DeviceDNA™ technology. This advancement delivers a new standard for protecting your SSO session from determined attackers.
- WS-Federation 1.2 Active Profile support. This release adds support for WS-Federation Active Profile, which supports Microsoft client tools such as Outlook, Lync, and CRM clients communicating with the Microsoft cloud services Office365 and CRM Online.
- SAML 2.0 Post Binding. Support for SAML 2.0 Post Bindings for SSO and SLO profiles.
- SAML 2.0 Response to the SP on Authentication Failure. The administrator can configure a partnership to notify the Service Provider when a user fails to authenticate.
- Name ID Management Profile support. This release introduces support for the remove Name ID which is part of SAML 2.0 Name ID Management Profile. This profile can serve as a mechanism to initiate de-provisioning of user accounts.
- CA Directory Password Policy Control. Policy Server can now honor the CA Directory password policies. The Policy Server, together with a properly configured Web Agent, can send configured warnings and notifications that are based on the directory password policies to end-users.
