wow....Impressive...and a good doc for one to have.
I was trying to open a referenced link for the title 570 CEM: Difference Between User Transaction Time SLA and Transaction Time SLA ( Legacy KB ID WLY 2158 )
With not success, what is wrong in the link?
Many older KBs have been retired. Here are the details on that KB. Please mark as helpful if this is sufficient:
What is the difference between the User Transaction Time SLA and the Transaction Time SLA?
The Transaction Time SLA shows SLA compliance with a Business Process. The 'Average Time SLA' under this defines that transactions that should complete within this particular time. The status becomes red if the transaction does not complete within the slated 'Average Time SLA' specified for that particular Business Transaction.
The User Transaction Time SLA shows the SLA performance per user group. The Average Time SLA in the User Group SLA report is a measure of the SLA metrics by user group no matter how many transactions the users in that specific User group access. A business may have premium customers and normal customers and this report shows whether each user group?s SLA is being met.
Thanks a lot,
It is really helpful!!!
