  • 1.  Upgrade to GM 12.6 SP1

    To get the most value from GovernanceMinder, you should be moving to GM 12.6.  The most current version is GM 12.6, SP1, released in June of 2013.  Please view the release notes for SP1, as it provides detailed information on new functionality and bug fixes included with that version.  Customers running GM 12.5 can upgrade directly to GM 12.6 SP1.

    Customers that are unable to upgrade their GM 12.5 environments should (at a minimum) be updating to SP8, as that was the last planned Service Pack for GM 12.5 (dated January 30, 2012).  Also note that all new enhancement requests will only be considered for delivery in the GM 12.6 release (future planned SPs).
