  • 1.  Audit Trail into Collaboration tab

    How can I do a audit trail into Collaboration tab. The "audit trail" to a project object, for example.
     
    My project have a document attached into a "My project" folder. My collaboration manager goes to this folder and delete the document. How I can know about who delete it.

    Hi Marcio-

     

    Unfortunately this is not something available in the audit trail as it works on changes to objects. You can however control the type of access users have within the folders and documents as the Collaboration Manager.

    Just a small addition: Please note that attachment attributes for objects are also not exposed for selection in the audit trail, so moving the content to an object would not work for this either.
