I've a client requirement where I am required to create a sub-object and link it to the Master object - Project. Once the sections within the sub-object gets filled in by the CA Clarity user and the data gets submitted, the Admin needs to be sent an email about this. Also, once the Admin approves the data, the Project Manager, the Team Manager and the Unit Manager needs to be informed by email about this. Can anyone let me know if such a function for sending emails can be achieved by using the newly created sub-object features, or do I need to run some process or job or something else for sending email notifications? This must be applicable to all the Projects within that specific CA Clarity PPM v12 environment.
