We are on Clarity 13.2.
In Resource Management, department OBS field appears only in a non-role resource.
Is that right?

That is kinda curious.
In v13 the roles can be financially enabled. Apparently when they are financially enabled, they are not accociated with the Department nor Location like the human resources.
Actually financially enable roles came in v13.1.

The XML Open Gateway (XOG) supports these changes.
Just hearing about the finanically enable roles made me jump to the conclusion they would behave exactly as financially enable labor resources.
