I have a Service Catalog form, with a date control on it. The process it kicks off on submission creates a Service Desk ticket.
Here's my issue:
I know that the date in Service Catalog is in a different format than in Service Desk (which is seconds since 1970)
... however when I try to convert it in PAM using a Date.parse() function, it returns the date as seconds,
but when I pass this value to Service Desk I wind up with a NEGATIVE number written in the call_back_date field in call_req
if I pass it to call_req as the integer that it is expected.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to handle this in PAM?
