We have password policy URL enabled for our user store.   The URL is custom page and not the default smpwservices.fcc file and it is define as a FULL URL.

When the password policy event trigger, we notice that instead of our CUSTOM page, the default smpwservices.fcc page trigger with the relative PATH.

How we can enforce that only CUSTOM PAGE URL should trigger in such events?

    Hi,

To customize the redirection destination, you must set the NETE_PWSERVICES_REDIRECT environment variable to the relative URL of the redirect destination on policy server. After setting this variable, restart the Policy Server so this new variable can take effect.
