XOG not working after upgrade to 13.3

Hi All,

We have upgraded one of our lower environment to V13.3 from V13.1

Upgrade Path followed 13.1 -> 13.2 -> 13.3

Upgrade was successful, however XOG is not working after upgrade, when I try "action:xog.client" from browser, I am getting the below error.

Error 503 - Service Unavailable

 

ErrorERRORError 503 - Service Unavailable. The requested service is temporarily unavailable but should be restored in the future. Try again later. If you are still experiencing problems, contact your system administrator.
 
I tried XOG using a Gel Script and I could see the below error from the Project >> Process Console
 
BPM-0704: An error occurred while executing custom script: org.apache.commons.jelly.JellyTagException: null:23:48: <soap:invoke> Failed to send a SOAP message generated to 'https://claritydev.homebox.com:8043/niku/xog'.java.security.cert.CertificateException: No name matching claritydev.homebox.com found at 
 
The environment is having a certificate issue, will that cause a problem ? please advise where to start the investigation!!
