Was wondering if anyone in community may have had this issue before and info on how to resolve etc.maybe something small i am missing and can resolve before escalate to support
After successfully laucnhing the OTB order pc process from a change category in ca sdm R12.7 the process runs to point 31 then fails with sdm_login issue and in pam i see below error:
SOAP invocation failed: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Message send failed
suspected was a webservice login issue and maybe service desk user and password was not correct but seems setup correctly.attached is screen shots of error and sdm + pam config if helps
Any idea's would be greatly appreciated.
