Topic: Preparing for your CA Clarity Playbook Implementation

*Description*: CA Clarity™ Playbook gives business leaders a mobile solution for managing their organization’s PPM investments in the context of their organization’s strategic goals and objectives. Because Playbook leverages information from systems of record like CA Clarity PPM, it’s important to understand what data from these systems gets used, and how it shows up in Playbook. This session will provide administrators and PMO leaders with an overview of the specific data elements that are imported into Playbook so that you can get the most from your playbook implementation. Additionally, we will provide an overview of the type of strategic planning data that can be managed in Playbook and how you can prepare to articulate your strategy in the application as well.

Speakers: *Mike Sandberg*

Topic: PM Clarity Cadence

Your organization's return on investment in Clarity starts with your Project Managers. Project Managers are the keepers of the majority of the data needed to run an effective PMO. PMO Managers need to encourage and support adoption and commitment in order to maintain high quality data that will drive true business decisions. What is the best way to support Project Managers? Give them the inside information on how to leverage the power of Clarity! In this Webinar, we'll teach Project Managers how to get the most out Clarity, and how Clarity can help them run their projects. We'll demonstrate Tips & Tricks that take the chore out of project management, and bring some Clarity into their Project Management!
