I want to pacakge the steps outlined below to perform a clean uninstall / reinstall.
1. Go to Control Panel and Remove:
CA Clarity PPM MSP Interface
CA Clarity PPM Schedule Connect
2. Go to the Registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Wow6432Node > Delete Niku folder
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Wow6432Node > Delete Niku folder
3. In Microsoft Project:
Tools > Organiser > Modules > Delete any entry with ‘Niku’ or ‘CA’ in the name.
Toolbars Tab > Delete CA Clarity Integration
Tools > Macros > Visual Basic Editor >Expand the ProjectGlobal section > Expand the Modules folder > delete anything with ‘CA’ or ‘Niku’
Expand Microsoft Project Objects > Double Click on ThisProject, select everything in the right panel and delete.
Save Visual Basic and close Microsoft Project
4. Open Microsoft Project:
Tools > Options > Security > Macro Security > Select Low.
Close Microsoft Project
5. Run the mspsetup.exe
6. Execute MSPAdd2k.mpp
Our lab guys say that they need the product codes and registry information to remove them as part of the packaging process.
Does anyone know where I might get this information?
I looked in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Wow6432Node >Niku
but could not find the Uninstall String which contains the product code.
