Incidents portlets are available for view but do not offer a view all function. Incidents are only available filtered by Assigned to Me, Reported by Me, Reported by Others. In order to create a View All Incidents view (for management purposes) a portlet was created. All users have been granted access rights to the portlet and the associated portlet page.
When users open the portlet and select Show All, no results are returned even though Incidents records exist. Is there another access right to be enabled without allowing edit capability to the incident?
