Quite a few of our IT managers are reporting that the %complete on the Clarity WBS page and the MS project plan for their projects pulled up from Clarity show different levels of %complete for the same set of activities. For e.g. Project A is marked 76% Complete in Clarity whereas the same set of activities are automatically marked at 84% complete in the MS Project Plan. The projects have been baselined in Clarity and the dates for all the activities are the same (confirmed that the PMs were not comparing against a local MS project copy).

Any insight into what might be leading to this difference in %complete is appreciated.
