    If so, you should upgrade as soon as possible to the currently supported release of CA Scheduler r11.0 and apply all maintenance since the base level.

    If you are planning to upgrade, please open a support issue so we (CA Support) can analyze your upgrade plan and make sure that your site gets set up as a hot-site during the upgrade.

    Chapter 2 in the Installation Guide for CA Scheduler Job Management outlines the steps necessary to upgrade/install to the most current release CA Scheduler JM r11.0.
