I have deployed CA APM 9.5.2 agent in the following env according to both "APM_9.5--Java Agent Implementation Guide" and "APM_9.5--APM for IBM WebSphere Application Server Distributed Environments Guide":
- Microsoft Windows 2003 64 bits
- WebSphere 220.127.116.11
- Java 1.5
I am unable to see the agent in the EM. Suspect the agent is not able to start as there is no log file generated in <Agent_Home>\logs.
