Auto attchement similar incident.

Hi,

We have a requirment to correlate similar kind of incident like for a same network problem if more than one incident is created in CA Service desk Manager from any CA Monitoring tool then all these incident automatically should be corelate in the CA Service desk.

Please guide me how to build such functionality in CA SD.
