Integration using MS Orchestrator (Opalis)?

Has anyone successfully used MS System Center Orchestrator (formerly Opalis) with Clarity web services? We just recently started looking in to using Orchestrator internally and I took a look at it, but I can't seem to get it to work with Clarity. The initial call to get a sessionId works, but I can't format any subsequent calls that require a session token correctly as it seems Orchestrator only lets you supply the body of the xml payload and not the header, where Clarity expects the session token in an Auth block.

Figured I'd reach out to the community to see if anyone had any experience with this and could point me in the right direction.

(In contrast, CA Service Desk Manager web services have an <SID> block in the body to supply the session token rather than the header, and that seems to work fine)
