Due to community member feedback from the January 2014 session on the new features of CA SDM 12.9, CA Support will be presenting a follow-up session on the new Advanced Availability (AA) feature that was introduced in CA Service Desk Manager 12.9.
This session will focus on specific use cases, with CA Support providing both content and demonstration on how Advanced Availability can be used in real world environments.
The three (3) AA use cases being focussed on will be:

Patching/routine maintenance

Customizations
-
Recovery from an outage/health servlet
We have an A-Team of presenters that will be sharing their 12.9 AA expertise!
