Hi All,

We usually assign IRF form for approval/rejection. There are some conditions where we want to complete the task through web service call rather than from UI.

I am calling "executePendingInteraction" web method to complete the task, but I am getting the wierd response from the PAM.

<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
   <SOAP-ENV:Header/>
   <SOAP-ENV:Body>
      <executePendingInteractionResponse xmlns="http://www.ca.com/itpam">
         <userInteractionID>7598157</userInteractionID>
         <interactionTitle>Artifact Rework Required for RFC 151369</interactionTitle>
         <state>Pending</state>
         <startTime>2014-05-10T06:31:24.387-05:00</startTime>
         <parmitedUserGroup>VinayKumar.Singh,ChangeMgmt</parmitedUserGroup>
         <closedBy>!svccawf</closedBy>
      </executePendingInteractionResponse>
   </SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>

If you see the response :
1. State is "Pending", it should be completed.
2. There is start time but not end time.

Any idea what is happening?

Regards,
Varun
