  • 1.  MSP 2013 base line issues with Clarity 13.3

    All

    We have installed Clarity 13.3.0.286 03 11

    I have MSP 2013 installed. I can take a project from Clarity to MSP 2013 that IS NOT baselined. It pulls up fine and I can upload it  back to CLarity fine.


    When I attempt to pull a project from Clarity to MSP 2013 that is BASELINED, it starts to pull dowm the tasks etc. Then the popup states" down loading baseline" it just hangs and a pop up comes up "Schedlink MFC Application has stoped working". Tells me to close program.

     

    Is there a fix for MSP 2013 vs. CLarity version 13.3.0.286 03 11 regarding baselined projects??

    We went from 12.1.1 to 13.3.3 and from MSP 2007 to MSP 2013.

     

    The fix here is to delete all the projects 5xxxxxxx numbers from:

    Delete from PRdocument where PRrecordID=5027169

    This appears to work. I am going to test more to verify.

    We had a webex with a CA tech and this tech came up with the fix.
