- Navigate to 'Open a Case'
- Select 'Product' = 'CA Clarity PPM Core License - MULTI-PLATFORM'
- Select a value for 'Release'
- No need to continue to create the case, above the Product Information section, a box will appear with a hyper link to start a chat session
