CA Clarity Tuesday Tip: Live Chat with an Engineer

Do you have a quick question and want to interact with a Clarity Support Engineer?

We have a Live Chat option now available for CA PPM On Premise Customers.

Beginning October 12, 2015 : Live Chat option available for CA PPM SaaS Customers.



  1. Navigate to 'Open a Case'
  2. Select 'Product' = 'CA Clarity PPM Core License - MULTI-PLATFORM'
  3. Select a value for 'Release'
  4. No need to continue to create the case, above the Product Information section, a box will appear with a hyper link to start a chat session
