    hi there,

    in log change order comment Operator the size of field is limited to 254 characters, any idea how to increase character limit of the field.

    You can use variables to hold much larger amounts of data

    You can put the text (possibly greater than 256 characters) that you want to put into the ticket into a PAM variable and then reference the PAM variable in the Log Change Order Comment operator.
