IT Process Automation

I have been trying to implement EEM policy based access for individual web user for starting a Process. I have followed the Admin Guide section on "Customizing User Access with CA EEM Policies" but receive this error when I attempt to start the Process with the user id via SoapUI:

"The specified user is not a CA Process Automation user"

You are instructed not to add the id to any PAM groups.

I'm sure I am missing something, but have repeated the steps a couple times and things look right in the policies. Thanks in advance for any ideas/pointers.

If you are not adding the user to a group already associated with PAM, you have to make sure the user is configured with the Product User policy.  Try that and let us know if that works for you.
