FIscal Time Periods not defined correctly in the Database

Starting in the 3rd Quarter of 2010 I have noticed that the fiscal periods in the database are not defined correctly. In Clarity the time periods are showing correct and are active. Is there a reason why this would happen. Here is a screen print of the database table. Notice the period end dates for this quarterly set up are not correct in the database but in Clarity on the Fiscal Time Period Page they are correct.
