Hello Everyone,
CA Mobile Enabler 2.0 now supports Multi-Tenancy!
This functionality has been added by updating the RESTful Web Services to support Multi-Tenancy.
In short - some basic Service Desk Manager functionality is now available from phones or tablets.
To try this out:
1) Install Mobile Enabler 2.0.
Current SDM 12.7 patch is still T5UG217 for Windows, and is available for download from Service Desk Manager components on support.ca.com. As are patches for other platforms.
See my walkthrough here:Tip: Walkthrough of installing CA Mobile Enabler 2.0 & SDM
Install any additional patches you may need.
SDM 12.9 has Mobile Enabler 2.0 shipped with it. See Mobile Enabler 2.0 is Now Available with CA SDM 12.9
2) Install RESTful Web Services patch.
SDM 12.7 patch is RO70531 for Windows. Note that it has pre-requisites RO68585, RO55453 and RO68594.
It is this step which provides the Multi-Tenancy updates.
Try this out on your test systems.
