  • 1.  Alert title

    Hi all,

    I have changed Alarm title in Event viewer for one the alert in the spectrum ,but in the mail it is not reflecting –same old title is reflecting .

    Hi Isaac,

    In the Alarm are you able to see the modified title?

    Try below steps:

    Click on VNM icon -> Expand Spectroserver Control -> click on Update Event Configuration

    Also go to oneclick homepage -> Administration -> click on Update Event and Alarm Files

    When you say mail...I think AlarmNotifier...

     

    Did you copy the <SPECROOT>\custom\Events\CsEVFormat and CsPCause files from the OneClick server to the SS where Notifer is running..? After doing this..restart Notifer..
