Cannot Edit some Risk fields on the Risk Rating subpage. These fields appear to be read-only fields.
When a user creates a detailed risk via the Project > Risks/Issues/Changes tab and assigns it to a category that appears on the Risk Rating subpage, that category becomes read-only on the Risk subpage. If there are any detailed risks that remain open, that category becomes a calculated value that is calculated from detailed risks assigned to that category
