Hi ,

I have seen few posts on thsi forum related to Total Actuals exists on Cost Plan,but unfortunately we didnot find any related info which can help us.
We tried even creating custom slice to populate the data on table "odf_sl_plan_cost" ,but still no luck.

As per one of our requirement we are trying to get the total actuals from cost plan,but we are not able to find the exact value from DB.

Please find the attached screen shot for better understanding.

Have attached a query that brings the information of the planed budget cost (total cost, cost to date and actuals) for every project.

Unfortunately we are not managed to get Actuals total on Cost Plans even after used the query provided by you.

did we missed any thing here?

Do anyone have any ideas on this?

The actuals for cost plans come from PPA_WIP and PPA_WIP_VALUES.
Put a SQL trace on and go to a plan with actuals.

I recently created a report to get Non Labor and Fixed prices transactions for the current year. (Our cost plans are by Role and By Transaction class)
Please have a look on the query.

But this gives all Non Labor and Fixed Prices, Actuals for the current year. (Including all Role, Transactionclass from COSTPLAN and BUDGET of each project).
If you want by month you may need to group them by month using the odf_ssl_cst_dtl_cost.start_date.
