Our Clarity Version is V13 and recently we are observing the below error for one of our process.
Caused by: com.niku.union.utility.MessageKeyException: BPM-0519: Internal Process Engine Error. Contact your site administrator (Object with name 'a' refers to object 'aet_assoc_app' bound to the instance '7893820' is not found).
Also when checked we could see that the instance 7893820 is present DB. When checked the process we can see that the process is stuck on the Manual Action Step which sends the Notification to the PM with the action object 'a'.
