Websphere Application Server is not able to starts Clarity app always. If you need to restart Clarity app (was server instance), sometimes Websphere is able to start Clarity and othes it's not able to start Clarity.

Websphere stands trying to start Clarity but after timeout, finally can not do it. Is it due a database issue ?

I don't know if exists a conectivity issue between the app server and db server, but websphere jdbc test connection it's ok.

The question is that without to do anything, sometimes starts and sometimes doesn't start. whobody knows ????
