    Hi,

    I would like to implement EEM 8.4SP4CR15 as it supports a High availability configuration.

    Can anyone tell me what the lowest version of APM that can use the HA capability of EEM

    Hi Steve.  It will depend on your APM version.  But EEM r12 is much more current and should be considered.  Check the compatibility guides for your version.  For example, for APM 9.7, EEM 12.5-12.6 are supported.
