Create CA Clarity Change Orders

In regards to how to create a Clarity Change Order task using Service Desk........

One of the required fields is: PROJECT. The description is, "Service Desk's asset or project CI that was set up to reference the project in the external system, such as CA SCM for Distributed or CA Clarity."

My question is: Where do we get this PROJECT ID from? If from Service Desk.....where/when do we set up this ID to reference?
