Hi

I have an issue saying

][ERROR] Error decrypting agent name
ERROR] Exiting with HTTP 500 server error: 00-0001

Could any one help what would be the issue.There were no changes done
Apache webserver

Have you checked the Apache error log to see if there is a more descriptive error message?

All of the errorcodes are explained in the webagent manual (appendix C).

For 00-0001:
Reason:
Unable to resolve the agent name from an IP address

Action:
Check the agent configuration and ensure that each HOST address served by
the web server has a corresponding AgentName mapped to it or that
DefaultAgentName is set properly.
