Report Execution Error From the Application

Hi All,

I have deployed a report in BO CMS and went to database configuration section where we see the below two options with radio buttons.

Use original database logon information from the report

Use custom database logon information specified here

I have provided the correct logon information for both the sections and I checked the first option.

I tried to run the report both from Infoview and CMS , it was working fine and as expected. But when I try to run the same report from the application (Clarity) it is giving an error “Specified report did not execute Properly” and to my surprise on the CMS side, the database configuration settings are getting changed to the second option. Even then, Why the report is not working even that section is having correct logon information.

And I am not able to run the report both from CMS and Infoview if I check the second option on the CMS side. (The logon information is correct only).

I have configured all rest of my reports in the same way and I am facing the issue only in case of this report.

Any help would be much appreciated.
