Roles and Booking Manager

I wanted to post some questions regarding Roles and Booking Managers. We are an organization of multiple hospitals and a Corporate Office. Below are some questions I need assistance with:

Q1: What if there are 6 resources that fit the definition of one Role (e.g. System Analyst), however report to different managers. This becomes an issues when providing Booking Manager. How have you resolved this in your implementation?

Q2: How many roles do you have in your organizations?

Q3: Do you use Job Titles vs Primary Roles for individuals? Or Primary Roles vs Job Titles?

Q4: In line with my Booking Manager questions, Do you use Requisitions?
What has your experience been in using this feature? We like how the Resource Manager/Booking manager receives a notification for the requested role, however once the role has been filled, the PM receiving this email is not very detailed. Have you run into this issue as well?
