  • 1.  Automatic USD/Service Desk ticket creation

    Does anyone have some scripts to automatically add Service Desk tickets from Introscope (or anything else)? I am mucking around with the Web Services at the moment but would be handy to just call a preexcisting pgm that handles the login, session stuff.

    I'm at a client site right now working on the issue.
    It may be a while getting anything to the group, but I'll do so when it's completed.
