This question is for anyone that has both Clarity and Service Desk implemented. Within Service Desks, there are Requests, Change Orders, Problem and Incidents. Unfortunately, Incidents as defined in Service Desk and ITIL does not equate to Incidents as defined in Clarity. This is a point of confusion for our users so we are looking at renaming it in Clarity. For those that may have deploy the Demand Management module and are using Incidents in Clarity or anyone else that is interested, what name do you suggest. What we have so far: Small Projects, Enhancements, Efforts. Also, does anyone know if Incidents will be available in Kilimanjaro?
