Rollout of Finacial Plan for each project based on Capital Cost

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have steps on implementing Financial Plans for each project, we want to use it based on Capital Cost. I can create a value for Charge Codes called Capital, do a need another value for Non Capital or Expense. I don't believe so but just wanted to check. I have my fiscal periods set up. Is there anything I am missing in order to implement except rights. If I group by Charge Codes do I need a sub group if I am not grouping by anything else? Any help I can get would be awesome.
