Facing issues when running BO reports through Clarity

Hi All,

We are facing issues with running BO reports from Clarity. The reports were working normal, but all of a sudden started throwing "An error has occurred: Could not find the document. " error.

When I check in the BO CMC, in the report's history it shows that the report has been run successfully. I am also able view the latest instance of the report, which I tried running from Clarity.

Any ideas or pointers to what the problem can be.
