MS Project constraint types changing when exported from Clarity

We are in the middle of setting up a new Clarity environment. Things are going very well but we are noticing an issue when we check out our schedules to MSP where the constraint types change. For example…

We start a project in Clarity without a schedule. If we then check out the blank schedule to MSP and add three lines... -

Here is the result in Clarity -

Now we go and check out the file again to MS Project and you will see that the constraints have changed. -

Constraints have gone from As Soon As Possible to Start No Earlier Than.

This will cause us significant issues as we have long schedules that we use MS Project to edit and change. Support is telling us that this is how the system works, but we specifically tested this with our pre-sales consultant prior to purchase and we didn’t see this issue. He is also not able to duplicate the issue on his pre-sales systems.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
